BayBridge Real Estate Group, LLC Sells Brickell Shopping Center for $15,400,000 

MIAMI—July 1, 2011—BayBridge Real Estate Group (“BayBridge”) recently closed on the sale of the Publix-anchored shopping center located at 134 SW 13 Street and 195 SW 15 Road, Miami. The price for the entire site (retail and parking) was $15,400,000. Adam Greenberg, Managing Director of BayBridge and Mike Lapointe, VP of BayBridge, represented the seller in this transaction.
