Ms. Lopez has overall responsibility for the management, operation, and marketing of the BayBridge companies. In addition to this, she is also a Broker-Associate with knowledge in residential acquisitions, dispositions, and leases and assists in the commercial due diligence process.

Mr. Chin has extensive experience in the real estate industry and specializes in residential mortgages. As a loan originator, he works with a variety of clientele from the first-time home buyer to the seasoned residential investor. His focus is residential mortgages, particularly FHA and VA.

Firm Administrator

Ms. Ruiz handles the overall secretarial duties for the BayBridge group of companies. Ms. Ruiz serves as the primary contact with clients for general questions, concerns, and comments and serves as the executive assistant and point of contact for the Managing Director.

To team successfully with our group of professionals, candidates must have a passion for working with sellers, purchasers, investors and landlords. Candidates should also be capable of being a resource for every phase of the real estate transaction from strategic planning and financial analysis to securitization of financing. Candidates should also have a current and growing book of business to support their growth with our company and be licensed and trained in their specific field.
