Managing Director
In his role as Managing Director, Mr. Greenberg focuses on new business origination, risk evaluation, structuring, and real estate brokerage including the coordination of all phases of a transaction, from strategic planning and analysis through closing.
Michael J. Lapointe, CFA
President
As President, Mr. Lapointe focuses on complex real estate and financing transactions including acquisitions, repositioning, joint venture and development projects. He is responsible for the financial analysis, management and execution of real estate & mortgage banking for the firm.
Krystelle Lopez
Operations Mgr & Broker Associate
Ms. Lopez has overall responsibility for the management, operation, and marketing of the BayBridge companies. In addition to this, she is also a Broker-Associate with knowledge in residential acquisitions, dispositions, and leases and assists in the commercial due diligence process.
Gary Chin
Mortgage Loan Originator
Mr. Chin has extensive experience in the real estate industry and specializes in residential mortgages. As a loan originator, he works with a variety of clientele from the first-time home buyer to the seasoned residential investor. His focus is residential mortgages, particularly FHA and VA.
Samantha Ruiz
Firm Administrator
Ms. Ruiz handles the overall secretarial duties for the BayBridge group of companies. Ms. Ruiz serves as the primary contact with clients for general questions, concerns, and comments and serves as the executive assistant and point of contact for the Managing Director.

BayBridge is interested in hiring individuals with experience in real estate brokerage services (residential OR commercial) and commercial mortgage banking. To team successfully with our group of professionals, candidates must have a passion for working with sellers, purchasers, investors and landlords. Candidates should also be capable of being a resource for every phase of the real estate transaction from strategic planning and financial analysis to securitization of financing. Candidates should also have a current and growing book of business to support their growth with our company and be licensed and trained in their specific field.
