Among the hustle and bustle of Miami’s ever-growing metropolis sits a laid-back, waterfront community unlike any other. Nestled between Biscayne Bay and US1, this village-within-a-city offers residents and visitors alike a unique alternative community. The neighborhood is roughly bound by North Prospect Drive to the south, LeJeune Road to the west, South Dixie Highway (US1) and Rickenbacker Causeway to the north, and Biscayne Bay to the east. Today, the village known to locals simply as “the Grove” is still a brilliant gem along Biscayne Bay on the edge of the City of Miami. With everything from gallery walks and outdoor dining, to sailing regattas and wacky festivals, there are endless activities within the Grove.

The Grove, has several diverse neighborhoods with a variety of styles and price points. Several celebrities, athletes, artists, musicians, and businessman have called Coconut Grove home such as LeBron James, Hervey Allen, Leo Baekeland, Robert Frost, Ralph Middleton Monroe, Marjory Stoneman Douglas, and Tennessee Williams to name a few.
